I worked with Tom at Fort Bliss, Texas around 1965. After I came to the Boulder Labs, we had a vacancy. Dale Gough asked me if I knew a good personnel person. I suggested Tom. He came to Boulder and was one of our best APO's. My family got to know him and had a lot of fun together. One day he told me he just could not do government work anymore. i told him that he marched to a different drummer, but he didn't.....He danced! He created a good life for himself in Jamestown. Jan and I consider him one of our best friends and we will miss him.
