Obituary of Joyce Bowlin

Joyce Bowlin, 95, died on Jan. 26th, at her home in Boulder, CO. She was a 60 year member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. She and her husband Donald Ray lived a full life, raising two children, Bruce M. and Janis Sue Bowlin. They have three grandkids and five great grandkids. After retirement they traveled the world and danced. She liked skiing, riding her bike and doing projects. She designed and sewed clothing, made stained glass, cooked, baked, canned the best peaches, and studied genealogy. She loved and was loved by her family, who will miss her tremendously. Thank you to her and our many friends, who have reached out to us. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 28th, at 9:30 AM, at Ft. Logan National Cemetery (4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236) followed by a celebration of life on Friday, April 28th, at 3:00 P.M., at Westview Church (6710 Arapahoe Rd. Boulder, CO 80303).
