Barbara and George were wonderfully supportive of me and my teenage tribulations in the mid 1960s when we all were active in Ascension Lutheran Church in Towson. We lost touch in the years after as I moved away and got on with life but I thought of them often and how their friendship helped me find my way. How gratifying to see how many lives Barbara continued to touch in her many activities. Truly a life well spent.
