Obituary of Therese Taraska

Therese Taraska, 89, of Boulder passed away on May 18, 2021 due to natural causes. Even though she is no longer with us, her love, and kind, caring heart will remain with us forever. Therese was proceeded in death by her husband Alfred and survived by her daughter, Cynthia (partner Michael), her sisters Florence and Eleanor, and her grandchildren Chris, Jasmine, Craig and Ani. She was a proud and devoted great grandmother to: Caden, Jahleel, Kiyon, Christopher Jr., Asher, and Avi. Her selflessness and undivided love for each of us was unmatched. Therese was a dedicated member of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church and a beloved member of the community. She enjoyed gardening, puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends. Everyone she came in contact with was captured by her genuine kindness, and will dearly miss her warmth and loving smile. A rosary is scheduled for 10:30 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am, Thursday June 3, 2021, at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 3300 Table Mesa Dr, Boulder. A reception will follow the services at the church. Private burial with family and invited friends will follow at Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church Cemetery.
