Obituary of Margaret Berger

Margaret A. "Peggy" Berger, 64, of Erie, died Mon., Jan. 28, 2013 at the HospiceCare Center in Louisville. A Celebration of Peggy's Life and Service of Thanksgiving will be held at 4:00 p.m., Mon., Feb. 4, St. Ambrose Episcopal Church, 7520 S. Boulder Rd., Boulder. A reception will follow at the church. Peggy was born July 5, 1948 in Ft. Walton, FL to Dudley E. and Anne (Howard) Windes. She received her MBS from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Peggy worked with the United States Department of Education for 20 years. Survivors: Daughter, Jennifer Berger, Longmont, CO; Brother, Thomas Windes, Mobile, AL; Sister, Elizabeth Pickett, Dunkirk, MD.
