Obituary of Deborah Beavans

Deborah L. "Deb" Beavans, 60, of Nederland, CO, died Sat., Jan. 19, 2013 at Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center, Lafayette. A Celebration of Deb's Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Sat., Feb. 2, 2013 at Calvary Chapel, 275 Highway 72, Nederland. A reception will follow at the church. Deb was born July 22, 1952 in Washington, D. C., to Robert and Grace (Davis) Martin. She moved from Estes Park and lived in Boulder for 20 years, where she raised her children before moving to Nederland, CO, marrying David F. Beavans in 2001. Deb was an active member of Calvary Chapel, serving as secretary and librarian, taught Sunday school and Vacation Bible School. She enjoyed running, having run the Bolder Boulder for 20 years, and hiking.
