It was my pleasure knowing Rick over the years as he came to the dental office. We chatted frequently about his preparations to empty his house and ideas of where he would move to enjoy his later years. He talked of his hobbies and love of being a ham radio operator, the many changes in Boulder since the 70s, how we accumulate so many things over the years and how it's time to begin clearing out. What a shock to read that Rick's life was cut short. My condolences to his brother and many friends.
