Obituary of Walter E. Colclasure

Walter E. "Wick" Colclasure of Boulder died on Sunday, February 12, 2017. He was 77. A service in celebration of Wick’s life will be held on Sunday, March 19,2017 at 3:30 PM at Calvary Bible Church, 3245 Kalmia Ave, Boulder, CO 80301. Wick was born on January 17, 1939 to Walter and Verlene (Daily) Colclasure of Boulder. He graduated from Boulder High School. Over the course of Wick's life, he worked for Yellow Cab, Boulder Candy & Tobacco, the University of Colorado, IBM and the US Forest Service. He also served in the United States Army. Wick is preceded in death by his father Walter R. Colclasure; his mother Verlene H. Colclasure; brother Gerald E. Colclasure; and his sister Anita J. Menking. Wick is survived by his brother Lawrence Colclasure of Cedaredge, CO. Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
