Obituary of Gertrude Otterson

Gertrude “Trudy” Helen Otterson, of Lafayette, CO died January 26, 2015 at The Legacy at Lafayette. She was 77. Trudy was born to George L. Otterson Sr. and Margaret Mary Feeney on March 6, 1973 in Prairie du Chien, WI. As a girl she attended St. James Catholic School in Falls Church, VA. Later she attended St. Ann’s in Georgetown, VA. After she completed High School she worked for many years as a costume designer for various television programs. She is survived by her brothers George L. Otterson of Broomfield, CO and Jerry Otterson of Omaha NE, and her sister Mary Ameln of Colorado Springs, CO. She is preceded in death by her parents George Leonard Otterson, Sr. and Margaret Mary Feeney. Private family services will be held.
