Obituary of Oliver E. Frascona

Oliver E. Frascona, Esq. (June 28, 1947 - August 31, 2014 We grieve with the real estate community in the sudden and tragic passing of our friend and colleague, Oliver Frascona. The press has released the names of the other passengers who perished in the plane crash on August 31, 2014: Tori Rains-Wedan, and her three children; Mason Wedan, and his twin brothers, Austin and Hunter. Their loss of life is utterly heartbreaking. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and loved ones of all of them. Oliver was the founder of our law firm, established 40 years ago. He was a brilliant legal strategist, and a highly sought-after speaker on real estate and agency law. To his many friends and clients, he was fiercely dedicated and loyal. To the many thousands in Colorado and throughout our nation who same to seminars to hear him speak, he was unforgettable. Just as he taught us, we will carry on his tradition of excellence. Contributions in memory of Oliver Frascona may be made to Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, and will be used in support of the construction of a Habitat home in north Boulder during the coming year.
