Obituary of James Douglass

James H. "Jim" Douglass, III, 75, of Boulder, died Monday, February 3, 2014 at Boulder Community Hospital. Jim was born on June 20, 1938 in Winfield, KS to James H. Douglass, Jr. and Hazel Ruth (Cavaney) Douglass. Jim graduated from Kansas University, in Lawrence, KS. He was a teacher for 37 years in Boulder at Casey Junior High and also Fairview High School. Jim was married to Marsha Toni Barnes in 1964. Jim was preceded in death by his parents James and Hazel Ruth Douglass and his son James H. Douglass, IIII. Jim is survived by his wife, Marsha Douglass, of Boulder; and daughter Lisa Douglass Griffin of Firestone.
